Shipping Policy

Prescription Products: We only ship valid prescription medications within California and to verified U.S. mailing addresses. Prescriptions are filled and shipped according to availability and selected shipping options.

Non-Prescription Items (OTC): Over-the-counter products such as supplements, vitamins, or cosmetics may be shipped out of state.

Shipping Estimates: Delivery estimates are provided during checkout based on product availability and shipping method.

Delivery Issues: If an order does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We may coordinate a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
Prescription Medications

Non-Returnable: All prescription and compounded medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once patient consent is provided and the medication has been prepared. This includes shipped and pickup orders.

Pharmacy Error: If you receive an incorrect prescription (e.g., wrong medication, dosage, or quantity), contact us within 7 days. We will issue a replacement or refund after return and inspection of the unopened and unused product.

Prescriber Errors: Patients are responsible for verifying prescription details with their prescriber. We are not liable for errors made by prescribers or their staff. Notify us of any changes to therapy, personal information, address, or insurance to avoid fulfillment issues.
Non-Prescription & Supplement Returns

Eligibility: Unopened, unused non-prescription products (e.g., supplements) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Opened or Used Items: Opened products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Products: Notify us within 7 days of receiving any damaged or defective item. Replacements or refunds will be processed upon inspection. Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Late Returns: Returns requested after 30 days from purchase are not accepted.
